• Contestants may enter as individuals or as part of a group. Each participant or group is limited to one entry.

• Late registrations or walk-in entries may be subject to approval depending on event capacity.

• Costumes must be suitable for a family-friendly environment. Nudity, offensive imagery, hate symbols, or explicit content are strictly prohibited.

• Props and replica weapons are welcome but must be non-functional and will undergo inspection by security personnel.

• Sharp, metal, or heavy props that could pose a safety hazard are not permitted.

• Costumes should allow for safe mobility and must not obstruct walkways or pose tripping hazards.

• Skits, walk-ons, or stage performances must adhere to the allotted time limits provided by the event staff.

• Performances should avoid offensive language, gestures, or behavior.

• Background music or audio tracks must be submitted in advance and approved by the organizers.

• Any form of physical contact or surprise interaction with judges or the audience is prohibited unless pre-approved.

• Entries will be judged based on craftsmanship, accuracy, creativity, stage presence, and overall impact.

• Judges’ decisions are final and made with fairness and respect for all participants.

• Special recognition awards may be given for outstanding creativity, originality, or performance.

• Respect fellow participants, staff, and attendees at all times. Harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior will result in disqualification and possible removal from the event.

• Follow all safety and venue rules as directed by event staff and security.

• In case of an emergency or costume malfunction, please approach staff immediately for assistance.

By participating, contestants grant permission for the event organizers to photograph, film, and use event footage for promotional and documentation purposes.
